Tic-Tac-Toe  

Play Tic-Tac-Toe against the RCA Fred computer.

This game is one of the earliest videogame available on a micro-computer.

It was developped by Joseph Weisbecker on the 22th November 1971 for the Fred micro-computer project at RCA.

In this version of the game, human player always play first with the circles, whereas the computers plays crosses.
