Not a new console, this was simply a re-release of the PC Engine, this time in a black case and with composite AV output.

Aside from an added av port It also used a revised version of the CPU, the HuC6280a, which supposedly fixed some minor audio issues oddly enough the core grafx ii does not use the revised CPU it was changed back to the original HuC6280.
