MAGNAVOX
Odyssey

Roulette

The first gambling/casino/roulette video game ever. A lot of accessories are needed to play this game: game plastic overlay, roulette layout board, plastic chips and money papers!

The Odyssey itself don't do much. One player must close his eyes and turn randomly the vertical and horizontal controls. Then the banker (another player), press the Reset button to launch the ball which will fall into place on the wheel.

The system seem indeed to launch the ball differently according to where the ball was placed on the screen before pressing Reset. That's all the Odyssey does here! Players have to place bets, randomly place the ball and launch it, and finally calculate the bet results...
