"Be the fastest skier down the slopes. The course is designed to encompass the beginner, intermediate and advanced skier. As you schuss in and out between the flags and course hazards you must strive for accuracy and poise as you attempt to win the race by either the time or point method."

The plastic overlay required for this game is very opaque. Light coming from the TV can only be seen through the trails dashes, pine trees, red gates and mountains. When you play, you try to stay on the trail while "skiing" the fastest you can. When the trail is not lighted any more, it means you went off the trail! You then receive a penalty (points or time depending on the way you chose to play). Penalties are even worse when you light a tree, a gate or a mountain. But, remember, the Odyssey don't count anything; you have to keep your own score and penalties...

The first skiing video game in history is especially fun if you have the pressure from a second player, otherwise...
