Volleyball  

This is the first volleyball videogame ever. As usual with the Odyssey, the result is only a variation of the classic "Tennis" game. And one reminder, the nice colourful grahics you see on the screenshot below is only the plastic overlay wich is to be attached on the TV, like for all other Odyssey games...

Volleyball was delivered with a brand new cartridge, which was not common for Odyssey games (they generally used the ones delivered with the system). This one enables to display half a line in the middle of screen to simulate a volleyball net. The ball disappears when it hits the net.

Otherwise, the game is pretty the same as the Tennis game, except players have to use the English control to effect pseudo-ballistic trajectories...
