Not sure from just the front myself, do you have a picture of the back of the system or bottom of the system?
Where did you find it? What country are you in? That all may help narrow down the selection. I'm wondering if it may be just a terminal interface although it could be a clone or just a small system if it has a practical video out. |

I would think it is an add-on keyboard to a ZX Spectrum, since it has the tell-tale Caps and Symbol Shift keys among other things. It could also be a clone, but I'd expect it to be a bit more Russianized (and not so good finish) if it was a ZX clone.
