I have a version of this game from the US. It''s marked on the back.

Valid only when operated according to FCC rules., part 15.
Manufactured for Concept 2000
North Miami, FL 33151
Made in Hong Kong.

I suspect that these were made for a brief period of time, but imported into the US market as well.
